At Rona Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer carton.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
